Top 48 Dynasty Superflex Rankings (2025 Dynasty Fantasy Football)

Ahead of the 2025 dynasty fantasy football season, let’s rank the top 48 players in superflex dynasty formats! This list is likely to change before the start of the NFL season, so please keep that in mind.

We will also be exploring which players from each group of selections are the riskiest or have the highest upside relative to their ranking here. Let’s get into the list!

1. Lamar Jackson (QB)

2. Josh Allen (QB)

3. Jayden Daniels (QB)

4. Jalen Hurts (QB)

5. Ja’Marr Chase (WR)

6. Justin Jefferson (WR)

7. Joe Burrow (QB)

8. Malik Nabers (WR)

9. CeeDee Lamb (WR)

10. Bijan Robinson (RB)

11. Patrick Mahomes (QB)

12. Jahmyr Gibbs (RB)

Highest Upside (1-12) - Malik Nabers

Malik Nabers has the talent to become one of the top receivers in football this season, so I’m choosing to rank him that high. At only 21 years old, Nabers is entering his second professional season after dominating defenses during his rookie campaign.

He demonstrated elite route-running, the ability to make spectacular catches, and fantastic yardage creation after the catch. Any quarterback is an improvement over last year’s starter in New York, so we will likely see an even better sophomore year from the LSU product.

Riskiest Pick (1-12) - Jayden Daniels

This selection is not a reflection of Jayden Daniels’ talent but a display of some hesitance felt when selecting a quarterback with a top-three pick based on one year of results. Daniels looked like a seasoned pro in his rookie season, displaying scrambling prowess, an elite deep ball, and impressive accuracy, but he is easily the riskiest of the top few quarterbacks.

Then again, I admit that I would take Daniels third overall in a dynasty startup draft. It’s hard to choose a risky pick from the first group of players that is elite in terms of value. Daniels has one of the highest ceilings and will get more experience in a successful sophomore season.

13. Puka Nacua (WR)

14. Brian Thomas Jr. (WR)

15. Brock Bowers (TE)

16. Ashton Jeanty (RB)

17. Drake Maye (QB)

18. Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR)

19. Bo Nix (QB)

20. C.J. Stroud (QB)

21. Drake London (WR)

22. Justin Herbert (QB)

23. Caleb Williams (QB)

24. Nico Collins (WR)

Highest Upside (13-24) - Brock Bowers

Brock Bowers was the best tight end in fantasy football during the 2024 NFL season. If he continues to produce as he did during his rookie season, he will easily be worth more than a second-round pick in startup drafts. He could have a Travis Kelce-like career, especially considering how long tight ends typically play for.

Bowers posted 1,194 receiving yards off of 112 receptions in 2024. With a quarterback upgrade in Geno Smith, the Georgia product could enter elite territory in no time. He is one of my top targets in any startup draft and has had one of the best starts to a career we’ve seen in a while.

Riskiest Pick (13-24) - Caleb Williams

Caleb Williams had a very solid rookie season and is geared up for a successful sophomore year. The team loaded up on the offensive line and receiver rooms through the draft, free agency, and trades. Personally, I am also of the belief that Williams will have a breakthrough second season.

However, it’s hard to ignore the risks he poses at his ADP. He took the most sacks in the NFL last year, and some of them were very obviously due to his pocket navigation. Much of this offense is very unproven, and even though I trust new head coach Ben Johnson, Caleb Williams still needs to lead the team through the air. If he can do that efficiently and put up some improved statistics, he could grow into the potential scouts saw in him at USC.

25. Saquon Barkley (RB)

26. De’Von Achane (RB)

27. Omarion Hampton (RB)

28. Kyler Murray (QB)

29. A.J. Brown (WR)

30. Jordan Love (QB)

31. Jaxon Smith-Njigba (WR)

32. Ladd McConkey (WR)

33. Marvin Harrison Jr. (WR)

34. Trey McBride (TE)

35. Jonathan Taylor (RB)

36. Bucky Irving (RB)

Highest Upside (25-26) - Bucky Irving

Bucky Irving had an incredible rookie year in Tampa Bay, posting 1,122 rushing yards and 392 receiving yards while averaging 5.42 yards per carry and scoring eight touchdowns. He was a dynamic player in open space in one of the league’s best offenses, running circles around defenders on a routine basis.

He will have the chance to earn more snaps in his second season after winning the starting job from incumbent starter Rahcaad White in 2024. If he sees more playing time and volume, he has the opportunity to make a massive leap in these rankings.

Riskiest Pick (25-36) - Jonathan Taylor

Jonathan Taylor had a very productive year, especially during the last few weeks of the 2024 season. This was easily his best season since 2021 due to the fact that he managed to play 14 games, stacking up 1,431 rushing yards and 11 rushing touchdowns in the process.

The main issue with Taylor’s dynasty outlook is his age and injury history. 26 is a solid age for a running back, but he’s one of the only at his age within his position group to be ranked this high in the list, along with Saquon Barkley. If he has another injury-plagued season, he could shoot down the rankings quickly.

37. Tee Higgins (WR)

38. Garrett Wilson (WR)

39. DeVonta Smith (WR)

40. Kyren Williams (RB)

41. Rome Odunze (WR)

42. Baker Mayfield (QB)

43. Trevor Lawrence (QB)

44. Tetairoa McMillan (WR)

45. Travis Hunter (WR/CB)

46. Josh Jacobs (RB)

47. Rashee Rice (WR)

48. Xavier Worthy (WR)

Highest Upside (37-48) - Tetairoa McMillan

Arizona’s Tetairoa McMillan was selected with the eighth-overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers back in April. He will head into his rookie year with a rapidly improving Bryce Young under center, which gives him the chance to be dynamic for fantasy purposes right off the bat.

He possesses a unique blend of size and athleticism and could shine as the top option in Carolina’s passing attack. He’s one of the best rookies in dynasty leagues and should be drafted as such.

Riskiest Pick (37-48) - Travis Hunter

Travis Hunter is a supremely talented football player. His ball skills and instincts for the game are some of the best that we’ve ever seen. His fantasy value is high, especially after Jacksonville traded up in the 2025 NFL Draft to select him second overall.

The only issue is that Hunter plays two positions: wide receiver and cornerback. We aren't yet sure which he will play more of at the NFL level now that it’s become apparent that he will play both. If he plays more offense, he will improve in these rankings; if he plays mostly defense, his dynasty stock could fall because of something out of his control.
