Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope everyone is excited to enjoy some football and great food. With that being said, there’s three games on and the fantasy football playoffs are just around the corner. That’s why I’m here to help everyone out with some crucial quarterback and tight end decisions for week 13. These rankings are constructed through statistical analysis, matchup data, sportsbook data, and film.

Must Start: QB
Kyler Murray @ MIN
ESPN Projection - QB14
Despite averaging 17.2 PPG on the year, I understand the hesitation with Kyler Murray. Over the last three games Murray has been very inconsistent scoring 4.8, 28.7 and 10.3 points. The Vikings are a slightly challenging task allowing the 14th least fantasy points to quarterbacks (194.1) but it’s nothing crazy.
Even with such a low floor, rushing quarterbacks are always king in fantasy football. Murray has rushing upside that no one in the low end QB1 tier can compete with. If you disagree with my ranking of Murray at eight that’s fine but I don’t see how he can be pushed out of the top 12 at this point.

19. Will Dissly @ ATL
Tier 5
20. Tucker Kraft vs MIA
21. Cole Kmet @ DET
22. Luke Schoonmaker vs NYG
23. Theo Johnson @ DAL
24. Noah Gray vs LV
Must Start: TE
Mark Andrews vs PHI
ESPN Projection - TE19
After an abysmal start to the season, Mark Andrews has looked a lot better since week six. In the last six weeks, Andrews has been averaging 13.4 PPG including 4/6 games with 14 plus points. That said, the reason I have Andrews at TE11 is because the Eagles have played tight ends very well this year, allowing the third least fantasy points (94.6).
When looking at PFF’s TE Matchup Tool, Andrews has a -3% matchup advantage score which isn’t awful but it’s not great either. Andrews deserves to be pushed down rankings due to his inconsistency compared to years past but at this point he should be locked in as a TE1.
