We’ve officially reached Week 10 of the 2025 fantasy football season, and every lineup choice matters as playoff races heat up. With bye weeks, injuries, and shifting usage across the league, managers need clarity more than ever before setting lineups.

Below are my Week 10 fantasy football rankings for QB, TE, WR, andRB, along with four must start players who have prime matchups and strong recent usage trends. Whether you're chasing upside or locking in safe floor plays, these rankings will help guide your lineup decisions this week.

23. Trevor Lawrence @ HOU

24. Michael Penix Jr. @ IND

Must Start: Quarterback

J.J. McCarthy vs BAL

J.J. McCarthy faces a bottom defense in the Ravens this week and after having a solid game returning from injury, I believe he will feast this game. McCarthy looked more comfortable against the Lions, and I think he will only do better against the Ravens.

21. Dalton Schultz vs JAC

22. AJ Barner vs ARI

23. Luke Musgrave vs PHI

24. Jonnu Smith @ LAC

Must Start: Tight End

Theo Johnson @ CHI

Theo Johnson faces a bottom 10 defense against the tight end position in the Bears. With all the injuries and a great matchup this is a perfect spot for Johnson to thrive and find the endzone. Last week he caught a touchdown and that was against a good 49ers defense against the tight ends so don’t be surprised when Johnson has a big game.

29. Khalil Shakir @ MIA

Tier 6

30. Juan Jennings vs LAR

31. Romeo Doubs vs PHI

32. Jameson Williams @ WAS

33. Alec Pierce vs ATL

34. Rashid Shaheed @ CAR

35. Christian Watson vs PHI

36. Troy Franklin vs LV

Must Start: Wide Receiver

DJ Moore vs NYG

DJ Moore was more involved in Ben Johnson’s offense last week against the Bengals. This week Moorefaces a bottom defense in the Giants where I believe he will be involved again and has high touchdown upside this week and should be in your lineup.

Week 10 Running Back Rankings

22. TreVeyon Henderson @ TB

23. Kyle Monangai vs NYG

24. David Montgomery @ WAS

Tier 5

25. Travis Etienne Jr. @ HOU

26. Trey Benson @ SEA

27. Kenneth Walker III vs ARI

28. Aaron Jones Sr. vs BAL

29. Zach Charbonnet vs ARI

30. Alvin Kamara @ CAR

31. Jordan Mason vs BAL

Tier 6

32. Jacory Croskey-Merritt vs DET

33. Devin Singletary @ CHI

34. Nick Chubb vs JAC

35. Bhayshul Tuten @ HOU

36. Rachaad White vs NE

Must Start: Running Back

Rico Dowdle vs NO

Rico Dowdle has been an elite running back ever since Chuba Hubbard got injured. Dowdle completely took over the running back role in Carolina as Dowdle had 130 rush yards on 25 carries with 2 rushing touchdowns and 2 receptions for 11 yards. I am no longer worried about the split and against a bottom half run defense in the Saints. I believe Dowdle will have another big game and is a must start.

Conclusion

Week 10 brings pivotal matchups and plenty of opportunities for fantasy production, and leaning on the right players could be the difference between securing a playoff push or falling behindJ.J. McCarthy, Theo Johnson, DJ Moore, and Rico Dowdle all carry strong upside with favorable matchups and rising roles in their offenses, making them standout players this week.

With stars producing at elite levels and emerging players taking on bigger workloads, make sure you're staying flexible and playing the matchups. Lock in your best options, stay active on the waiver wire, and get ready to keep climbing the standings it’s winning season.
