MLB Beat the Streak Picks Updated Daily

FTR Beat the Streak All-Time Accuracy: 78% (38/49)

MLB Beat the Streak is a daily game you can play on the MLB app or here on the MLB website. With over 5 million users since 2001 as well as tens of thousands of players this season, it’s one of the most popular free-to-play baseball games out there.

The premise is simple. Every day, you can pick a player to get a hit. If they get a hit, your virtual streak increases by one. You can also “Double Down” and pick two players to get a hit. If they both get a hit, your streak improves by two. But if either of them fails to record a knock, your streak reverts back to zero. If your streak reaches 57, you win the $5.6 million grand prize.

Here are the best research-backed batter picks for MLB Beat the Streak for June 11th, 2025:

Trea Turner (PHI) vs. Ben Bowden (CHC): Trea Turner enters today batting .299, and will anchor a Phillies lineup looking to do damage against the Cubs. Ben Bowden gets the start for Chicago and has a subpar .259 opponent xBA this season (per Baseball Savant).

Turner is batting .287 against right-handed pitching this season with positive run values on both four-seam fastballs and curveballs. Hammering those two pitches will be critical to his success against Brown, whose entire arsenal - outside of the occasional changeup - consists of those two offerings.

Julio Rodriguez (SEA) @ Eduardo Rodriguez (ARI): Julio Rodriguez is riding the hot hand at the plate with five multi-hit games in his last seven appearances. He’ll look to continue that success against Diamondbacks starter Eduardo Rodriguez, who has a 6.70 ERA and 1.65 WHIP in 49.2 innings pitched despite an above-average walk rate.

Rodriguez - Julio, that is - has a .269 batting average on the road this year compared to .235 at T-Mobile Park, which is known for being a pitcher-friendly confines. Hitting towards the top of the Seattle lineup won’t hurt his chances to record a hit against the elder Rodriguez in today’s matchup.

Jonathan Aranda (TB) @ Walker Buehler (BOS): Coming off a start where he allowed seven hits in two innings to the rival New York Yankees, Walker Buehler will look to right the ship against Jonathan Aranda and the Rays.

Buehler, who carries a 5.18 ERA and .276 opponent xBA into today, has allowed 34 hits in 25.2 innings pitched to left-handed batters this season. The platoon split is also favorable for Aranda, who is batting .325 against right-handed pitching and is heating up after a recent cold stretch. The budding Rays star hit .341 in May after posting a disappointing .261 mark in April, and has a .300 batting average so far in June.
